You will have a one hour meeting with our head designer who has a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) and is a qualified draftsman, and our Managing Director who is a qualified Builder and Draftsman to discuss your design.

Our designer will then provide floor plan and front elevation based on the design brief.

We allow one opportunity for you to make changes to this design (any further amendments will incur additional costs).

This design sketch can be used to obtain costings for your build, or download our brochure for pricing of working drawings suitable to submit with a development application (DA) to council.
